Just Hangin Around...
Cooper has been working on his front flips. It makes me nervous...
It has been cold and windy and then yesterday it was 76! It was almost too warm! But we spent the day outside and LOVED it!
And Missy Georgia is as sweet as ever!

Twilight Zone!!!
So I finally read Twilight..just the first book, not the whole series. Getting left out of every conversation for the last year finally started getting to me so I decided to get it over with. So as I was reading, I remembered a trip my dad took me on to the Ho Rainforest in Washington when I was in highschool. Then I realized, wait, I have been to Forks and actually have a picture of myself there! So I have been looking for it all day and cant find it so it must be at my parent's house. But I did come across this picture with me and LL Cool J from high school...Totally unrelated but funny still:) Next time I am in AZ I will find it.
Oh by the way LL Cool J stands for "Ladies Love Cool Jason"- So my friend who happened to be with me at LAX when we ran into him, started calling himself Ladies Love Cool Troy. He was funny.

Cooper still likes bums.
Driving home in the car the other night, Cooper says "Mom, do horsies have bums?"
"Yes, Horsies have bums."
"Horsies have bums poop on grass?"
"Yes Cooper."
"Poop isnt a nice word? We dont say poop?"
"No, poop isnt nice to say."
"Cactus is a nice word hu mom? We like to say cactus!"
Today Cooper got to go to Alphabet club. He came home with a necklace he made out of noodles and wore it until bed time. He also brought home a picture he drew.
I said "Oh Cooper! Did you draw a bunch of circles?"
"No those are monsters. And that one is the bell from my puzzle!" he said pointing at a scribble. I thought about that trying to figure out what he meant, and went to his room and got the state of Pennsylvania piece from his United States puzzle and brought it back and he said "See!"
Holy cow. This kid is pretty observant. He knows all the states by the pictures on each one, except for a few he knows the actual names of. He's a cutie!
Adventure on the Light Rail....
So while in AZ this Christmas, Dad decided that we should all ride the new light rail to Phoenix to meet him for lunch. It was the last free day and even though we knew it would be SUPER fun with 2 kids, we decided to do it to appease dad and maybe Cooper would get a kick out of it. So we get on, Cooper is excited, it isn't too crowded and it goes pretty fast, so we were all pleasantly surprised...for 5 min. That's when all the people start piling on and I get claustrophobic and and keep falling into people everytime we take off again. THEN a guy with a wheel chair crowds his way in. We all squish together some more. That's when he pulls out a stick with a shrunken alligator head on it, complete with sharp teeth. It has some kind of animal tails hanging off the bottom and of course dear Cooper thinks it is awesome so he is tugging on the tails. Georgia is practically hoovering over the guy trying to get the stick so she ends up on the receiving end of dead alligator kisses. The guy is laughing, my mom is freaking out that the sharp teeth are poking her and I am like trying not to throw up all over the guy's lap and I can tell Cooper 50 times to dont touch the furry things but they are dangling in his face so...ICK! So much fun. Then we got to eat yummy food with everyone and dad took Cooper out like he always does so everyone can get a chance to eat before the manager demands we leave and take the crazy kid home.
Notice Drew wrestling with Cooper in the back ground. People keep telling me he is going to be a really good teenager. I hope I survive to see it.

More Christmas
Christmas with the Hamblin Fam
It sounds like a cd or something is playing when Susan plays the harp. It is so pretty. Perfect for Christmas Eve....
How nice to spend our vacation time in AZ! The weather has been been beautiful, and it always makes me (and Cooper ) so happy to have family around! Cooper is heaven with all the cousins and of course I am in heaven to have my mom, grama, grampa, dad, Arien, Susan, EVERYONE! Miss Georgia loves all the attention and all of the DOGS! She is dog crazy which is trouble for this family. We definitely have enough of those as it is. It was rainy the week of Christmas but this week has been absolutely beautiful. We spent the day out side with family for New years. It was a beautiful day.
Sadie, Cooper and Lucas and Wade "fishing"
Drew, Grampa, Mona, and Georgia texting me to come save her from football watching.
